Disclaimer

I have a chronic condition which practically makes me disabled. Along with widespread pain and being prone to flare ups, I also have a very weak immune system which makes me get sick easily. I am also a highschooler and my situation is highly unpredictable, I sometimes go offline for days for various reasons.This isn't me purposely ghosting you. Even though I pride on being able to do my art fast, due to my circumstances I sometimes require extra time to complete work. I will try to communicate this to you to the best of my ability, sometimes I won't be able to which is why I ask for paitience. I will usually try to give you an alternate form to contact me or will rush your order.

Terms of Service

You automatically agree to the ToS when you commission me. I draw basically anything as long as it's not illegal, offensive or makes me uncomfortable (TLDR: As long as it doesn't harm anyone or promote anything harmful, I'll draw it).Any violation of my ToS will result in being blacklisted and cancellation of order without any right to receiving a refund.

Refuse and cancel commission with/without possibility of refund.	Cannot sell or give anyone the right to use my art commercially without permission.
Post commissions on social media.	May post with credit.

Payment + Prices

Payments can be made through Discord Nitro or USD via Gumroad, Cashapp, Zelle, Remitly, PayPal, gift cards, or Google Pay. Prices are based off complexity, 40% of the price is the deposit. Tips are greatly appreciated !!!All payment is upfront but I accept split payment, If someone pays for your commission you must state that in your request. If payment isn't given after 24 hrs, commission will be cancelled.

^{Things not listed prices can be negotiated, priority depends on how soon and is a bid.}While I do my best and put effort into meeting the clients expectations, I can't guarantee that my final work will meet every expectation. No refunds will be given, unless:

I haven't started the commission.
I have started but unable to complete the commission.¹

If you violate the ToS or make me uncomfortable, refunds won't be given and you will be blacklisted.^{1: Partial refund, deposit is non-refundable.}

Working Process

Turn-Around-Time usually is 4 days to 2 weeks depending on circumstances.
Client will first receive a draft sketch to approve of, then a cleaned up sketch; during this time you may list the changes you'll like and after approval I'll start finishing it up.
I encourage you to give me criticisms each update and ask for edits, however any major edits will cost extra.
If you want to make edits to the finished piece, I may take a fee depending on how big the changes are however any errors on my part will not be charged. You will receive a PSD file and PNG image with my watermark, however you may not edit or remove my watermark.
